MDTPL manufactures Rack and Serration Milling Cutters for milling Soft/hard jaw serrations and for other applications. These cutters have accurate tooth pitch,relief and mill proper size and profile. Serration cutters can be made upto 300mm length and diameter upto 150mm. These cutters are offered in HSS M35,M2 and ASP grades.

MDTPL manufactures Gear shaper Cutters in Disc type and Hub type for precision gear cutting of Gears and Chain sprockets. These Shaper cutters are made in A and AA class on world class Gear Grinding machines. MDT Gear shaper cutters have accurate profile and other parameters.

MOHINDRA Gear Cutting Hobs are manufactured with Bore and Key-way or with End Drive Slot. Hobs are made in Single Start as well as Multi start Pitches generally in Ground Relieved forms (Class A & B) and also in Machine Relieved forms (Class C).

Hobs with Special features like Topping, Semi-Topping, Protuberance etc. can also be manufactured. MOHINDRA Gear Cutting Hobs have Accurate Profile and other Parameters.
